I can offer your employees the most current and effective advice via engaging on-site sessions that will give them a rich source of information to support healthy and active living. The sessions are designed to be insightful, informative and thought provoking with core focus on simple lifestyle adaptations to promote healthier nutrition combined with useful tips around daily activity and exercise. Sessions can be group based or 1-2-1 appointments offering tailored advice and can be provided as a one off sessions or regular visits.

The advice and content is research supported and based on standards and approaches that are internationally recognised and aligned with NHS & Health England recommendations and guidelines. (We are the chosen Weight Loss Service featured in the staff handbook for the Hertfordshire University NHS Trust).

Types of Exercise
Small group workshop sessions designed to help people understand the principles of healthy nutrition, energy balance and the benefits of different modes of exercise and activity. These would usually be an hour long and can be scheduled for lunch periods or after work.
Drop in Days
I can come to site for a full or half day and provide one to one appointments for staff to discuss their specific fitness or nutrition goals and how they can work towards them.
Follow Up Visits
We can schedule regular visits either to run follow up/ongoing sessions for employees or to provide a series of group sessions focussing on a range of topics.
Weight Loss Clinic
You can even run a full on-site weight loss clinic with assessments, weigh-ins, nutritional analysis and tailored exercise plans. Appointments would be timed and structured to avoid disruption to working practices.
