I am a certified Weight Loss Specialist, Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor and I provide tailored one-2-one weight loss advice using the most effective techniques proven to help you lose weight quickly, safely & permanently.

No fads or extreme diet plans...I will help you to lose weight using manageable adaptations to your nutritional behaviours and daily activities. No restrictive diets, medications or supplements and changes are designed to be sustainable so you will be less likely to regain weight and more likely to reach long term health and body shape goals.

My approach is research based and internationally recognised as the safest and most effective way to achieve sustainable, permanent weight loss and fitness improvements. The approach is aligned with NHS and Health England guidelines as well as FDA guidelines in the USA.

It happens quickly

The rate of loss depends on your goals and we want you to stay healthy along the way so we aim to lose weight quickly but at a safe rate for you. This varies person to person but is typically 1-2 pounds per week which means you could expect to lose 2 to 4 stone in six months, 4 to 8 stone in a year etc, until you reach your target. 

Can I lose faster?

If you try and lose weight too fast you risk becoming nutritionally deficient and are more likely to lose lean tissue as well as fat which could lead to an undesirable body shape that is then hard to reverse. Extreme rates of weight loss are counterproductive, unhealthy and hard to sustain, often leading to regain and "yo-yo" dieting. I will help you find the optimum rate for you.

I will help you increase your fitness levels to support weight loss and improve your overall health. This could simply mean increasing daily activity or it could be based on a progressive personal training programme to build athletic or sports performance. It depends on you and your goals but you may be surprised what you can do and how much you can improve!

We improve cardiovascular fitness to help with heart health and also work on stability and strength with focus on posture, mobility and muscular imbalance. This preserves muscle tissue and promotes muscle growth which helps to achieve a more desirable body composition by retaining lean tissue and targeting fat loss.
