Never underestimate nature. We have become conditioned to think that natural options are sometimes too conservative and ineffective, but this is not true. Extreme fitness regimes can produce good short-term results but this will usually compromise other aspects of performance or health. This is why elite sports coaches are turning more and more towards natural approaches for optimal performance. Using my native fitness approach you can improve fitness and functional capability significantly and reduce health risk factors for major conditions by up to 40% which is incredible. In terms of weight loss, you will lose weight at the optimal healthy rate which can be as much as 2 to 4 stone in 6 months (depending on your starting weight). We can also maximise the weight loss from body fat to 95% - compared to approx 70% from the most common approaches.

ditch the extreme diets
Yes this includes the keto-diet and low-carb plans - they are not the way! Restrictive diets put your body into an adaptive state which is sub-optimal and hard to sustain. Restricting food groups will mean that you are omitting important nutrients from your every day intake and /or disrupting optimal biochemical balance. These plans are not the best way to lose weight and over time you are likely to regain what you have lost. They can be unhealthy and you will find it hard to achieve long term success with fitness and body shape goals.

It is futile trying to reach your maximum genetic potential if you don't have the right fitness foundation as a platform.
